Pricing

A team is a group of users that share a Slack channel. For example, if you have a #standup channel, that would be a team. If you have a #standup channel and a #retrospective channel, that would be two teams. In addition to being required for running a retrospective, team's allow you to keep custom icebreakers limited to a specific channel. As a team is required to run a retrospective, the basic tier is unable to run retrospecitves.

"Basic support" means that we will respond to your support requests as soon as we can, but we do not guarantee a response time. "Standard Support" means that we will respond to your support requests within 5 business days. "Premium Support" means that we will respond to your support requests within 1 business day and you will have a dedicated support representative.

At this time Disco only offers monthly plans.

We believe in a generous free trial but we do not offer a free tier at this time. If you need more time to evaluate, please see below about extending it.
